Daniel Mulati is a safeguarding and child participation specialist with over a decade of international experience across humanitarian and development contexts.
A trained lawyer, he has spearheaded global initiatives such as ECPAT’s first Global Child Participation Strategy, the Children Know Better project in South Asia, development of the GREATER Model for meaningful participation and the training manual for children on Participatory Action Research. He has provided safeguarding mentorship to child-focused organizations across Africa, led protection programming in refugee contexts, and co-founded the African Children Summit. Daniel is deeply committed to ethical, inclusive, and transformative child protection and participation.
