Samara brings a background in psychology and criminology, with a BSc from the University of Otago and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Her masters research examined how AI integration affects peoples workload and competence. It’s a question that connects directly to her wider interest in what technology means for the environments people live and grow up in.
Before joining Praesidio, Samara worked in pastoral care, supporting young people in shared accommodation through periods of change and conflict. She has also worked in operations within the pharmaceutical sector, bringing experience across both people-focused and process-driven environments.
