Formerly the Head of Operational Standards at the National Crime Agency, Paul has over 30 years of law enforcement experience in a variety of intelligence and investigation roles. He was also Head of Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command Investigations and Intelligence from 2012-2015. During his role at CEOP, he managed and engaged on numerous international and high profile national cases of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Paul has also been involved in managing technical and sensitive exploits and national technical developments with the Home Office.
