Alexandra is Praesidio’s Chief Policy & Compliance Advisor and a leading expert on age-appropriate design. As Chief of Strategy at 5Rights and Policy Director at the British Board of Film Classification, she has worked on key legislative initiatives in the UK and Europe. As TikTok’s Director of Safety Public Policy, Europe, Alexandra led global, cross-functional teams to develop product and policy solutions to enhance teens’ safety and wellbeing. Typically, the projects she works on are global firsts that establish new standards for best practice.A former lawyer, Alexandra works at the intersection of policy, law and product design. She helps clients navigate incoming regulation and develop best practice responses to compliance obligations. She has particular expertise in aligning content standards and product design with stages of adolescent development.
